#1 RAREST 007 BOND POSTER! Here is simply THE rarest authentic original James Bond 1-sheet to come out of the National Screen Service for ANY of the James Bond films - Sean Connery or Roger Moore!

That's an extraordinary statement, but it's true! This poster has only survived because an NSS printshop worker who loved the whole Bond bravado, not to mention the films, personally saved it. In other words, he was a "shaken not stirred" kind of a guy.

He said that he'd saved this proof because it reminded him of what Andy Warhol was doing at the time, and so he pulled it off the press to take home for himself. Actually, he saved the finalized version as well. He rolled both of them away and neither have seen the light of day until recently. And no question, the NSS guy was right; the poster design does have a 1970's Pop Art Andy Warhol feel.

Accidental in design or not, it's a rockin lithograph! I love that the ONLY text or writing on the poster is 007. The dangling dagger handle is a doozy of a detail as well! The poster is simply memorizing in person, and, a truly authentic &. 1-of-a-kind NSS Bond 1-sheet that NO other collector has!

It's also a ROLLED NEVER-FOLDED original 1973 printing to boot! Try and find ANY 1973 NSS 1-sheet rolled. There was only this one "Warhol" style 1-sheet saved, and so this is a true 1-of-a-kind. 1-of-a-kind Bond posters are practically nonexistent on the collector's market today. If you've been following prices realized on vintage movie posters, you'll agree; the exotically rare James Bond posters have gone out-of-site in recent years!

Rarities like the uncut "Thunderball" Advance Quad, or, the "From Russia with Love" British Double Crown are among that elite group of valuable Bond posters I'm talking about. As great and as rare as those posters are, they cannot boast of being "unique" like this 1-sheet can. After all, the double crown and the quad are not only examples. This "Warhol" style 1-sheet is. Additionally, it's important to note that this poster is a proper NSS 1-sheet, measuring the full 27x41 inches. This poster is in remarkable. VERY FINE+ to NearMINT ROLLED NEVER-FOLDED UNRESTORED CONDITION. As I'm sure you know, NSS (National Screen Service) issued all the 1-sheets folded in 1973, and so to get any NSS issue rolled from that year is nearly impossible! This is an anomaly to be in this great shape. It's a real beauty!
